'Tranquility' is one word that I'm aiming at!

Just love the compliments flowing in when I am called yummy mummy or a haaattie!!! I'm sure we all want this in todays era, where looks, plays a vital role, I gladly confess that I love to be in shape. But I'm not a fitness freak either, nor do I believe in the crash dieting concept. All that I need is the healthy body to survive this tough life. And believe me these small steps help me alot.

Few things which I follow:

Waking up early: let me say I have acquired this habit from the last few years only. I also love to remain cozy in bed for lazy mornings, but comparatively, I have gained a lot of efficiency by waking up early. I could do a lot of productive work by waking up in the morning. And now I love to be ahead of schedule. Rushing in those peak hours is bye-bye now, because I start earlier than the office hours and provide all the mails to everyone before time! Hmm...... loved this relaxed life.

·         How to spend that "early morning half hour": It is crucial to plan these 30 minutes of your morning hours. Have hot water with Dabur honey in it, is tested way to reduce those extra layers (5 minutes). Meditate (15 Minutes). Exercise (10 Minutes) and you are ready for the day. Believe me, you are highest in your productivity, plan your day, jot down your priorities for the entire day during this time. If you are prepared then your actions reveal that smart worker within you, everyone can notice that change in you.

Have a colorful food: I love colors and let them reflect on food as well. Yes, if you believe in expert advice then nutrition experts also say that your food should have all the colors of the season. It will become a balanced diet. Most of us have help/ aids at homes, all we need is to have a planned menu at homes, so that we are planned when to bring what raw material, to stick to that menu. You will observe that with the increased variety, your portions will reduce and it is an actual way to eat healthy and have nutritious life.

Prefer source food than the processed food: We are opting for lemon juices, rather than preparing lemon juice at home. Grind mangos for that refreshing mango juice; this is better than opting for chemically processing mango juices. You will gain two things, one is reduced preservative intake and second, have control of the sugar content, while having these juices at home. Bring Dabur honey to your diet rather than use of sugar.

Fight Illness: Recently I had an infection in the body, this illness is unexpected and shocking for me, when I say that I follow a strict diet and disciplined life. But you cannot avoid the ever getting stronger virus and bacteria around, this healthy nutritional pattern helped me recover faster.

Healthy body or healthy mind: No choice we need both! Yes, we are born in pairs, husband and wife, cannot clap with one hand, similarly mind and body are complimentary to each other. If you focus only on your healthy body, but have a pessimistic thought process, you will never succeed, that I can bet you!

Try tweaking your routine, you will gain a lot professionally and personally as well! The balance that you will achieve is worth it.

Lessons from horse's mouth - About creative writing in digital world!!!

This story started from 2011, when I started writing. I actually have no clues what writing is all about. Over and above, there is digital writing, which is again divided into Website content development, blogs, e-magazines and articles writing. I have learned a lot of lessons while working in this industry.

Let me confess, no one in my family ever done business before. Yes, working in this industry is business only, as you will be writing business for them. Negotiating, sending quotes, delivering presentations about your work, are all what an entreprenur does. So, yes, you have entered into a business transaction.

There are a whole lot of styles and trends these days which are available. Something which is new, informative and crisp is what is liked by your readers. This is what I have understood from my experience. Adding these flavors to various writings makes a great piece!

1. You canNOT connect with everyone: You receive several queries, but the fact is the conversion ratio is only 2% - 5%. Yes a lot of times its the cost which is really driving force for a yes or no. Don't crib if you can't crack a deal, important is to focus on work. Clients will come to you.

2. Know your Customer - KYC: Yes, we are working at the age of the internet where we are interacting over telephones, skypes and mails. Understanding your customer becomes tough. You need to ask every possible question, that take you to depths about the client's past record of payments, their nature, urgency, and level of involvement. However, linkedins and other social sites are not that helpful, it is always good to get referrals.

Most of the people with whom I have been interacting are start-ups: It is always good to ask, how old are you in business. or questions like may I know more about you and your business! Generally people do not have idea about content, they are more worried about the look and feel of the website. I am not denying that look and feel are not required, but in the long run, it's your content which will be a savior from Google Giant. The content has to be fresh, informative, should have tag lines and an amazing headline.

3. Entrepreneurs cannot guide you in content development: What is the style of writing, how you want to convey is your domain. Don't ask these questions from them.

Ask relevant questions: what is your USP, what is your business, who are your target customers, are you operational in other continents as well. Who are your competitors.

4. Prepare 2-3 write-ups: Show the client which you don't like much, the chances are they will like that one the most. If they are asking for more samples than show them the other ones, from your kitty.

5. Don't write About us in case of start-up's: Put your best foot forward, when your product or services are new or innovative or have something to offer them, showcase about that in your website.

Add Tabs about: USP, Milestones, New features, Benefits, Testimonials. These things will add value to your website.

6. Good to have quotes finalized once you have understood the work: After knowing the work, you can say no as well. or you can buy time. Never show that you are in a hurry to have this assignment. During this time you can develop your quote, quotes should always be customized. Don't give generalized quotes.

These are some of the lessons i have learned from my writing in this industry.

How Indian girls turn into witches - after Marriage

I am a married woman with a kid. Well, thankfully I have been able to sustain this long... This subject comes to me as I was talking to a recently married girl who is so open to make all the sacrifices from her level to keep her new family happy and marriage a strong bond... I was wondering how every Indian girl in most of the cases does the same... where she first treats her in-laws at priority, then her hubby and lastly herself.

Suddenly, after few married years, everything turns vice-a-versa. You see this same lady now, taking care of her on the first hand, then comes her kid and then hubby then the in-law parents and finally her parents. Has anyone ever tried to find out the reason for this drastic change, some of the reasons are as follows:

For what, just to listen list of unfinished tasks from in-laws and also hubby also starts blaming her for not giving him time. She is generalized as being slow, remains unhappy, unorganized, mismanaged and lost all her charm of being a good wife... good daughter-in-law.

And then she has to loose job as unfortunately not only the family the corporate world also can't provide her paid leave.

Finally she decides that I have to start living for my interests, I need to have my body back in shape. I should have my job back, my charm and everything which I have lost due to marriage. I really don't know why, we the people living in urban cities feel this way.
This has been an unfortunate fate with one of my very close friend who is struggling and I'm sure many of us around are leading this kind of life, where till the time a daughter-in-law is doing home chores, she is criticized but when she stops doing again she will be blamed.

When she was newly married, she has been taking care of her family, his hubby's family becomes her family, But there was no one who took care of her...She puts all her energy when she is about to go to bed at late night, but still hear whispers, she left doing this, she was not in a mood to do this, Her MIL gossip, that she never does whatever I say to her.

When her parents ask, she says I'm very happy doing great. All is good I have been able to make my place in my family, all are very happy. But she knows deep inside her that things are not so goody-goody, which is trying to portray to her parents.
Her relatives Buas, Masi, chaha's call her until a few months as they understand that this is settling period, but she is always remains busy with the in-laws family, gradually they stop calling her, and start asking for her well being from her mother and father only. By now, they start blaming her that she forgets us, don't stay in touch, never makes any call.
So she lost touch with her extended family whom we generally call Masi's, Mama's, Bhua's, Tau's and many more cusions, who used to be her best friends before marriage.
By 2 years of marriage, she managed to settle with the in-laws family routine and tries to move ahead in her profession and searching for a professional jump, but unfortunately again, no support, this time she hears the words of family planning from everyone, her family, her in-laws family her hubby and neighbors too!

This time the level of frustration reaches to a stage where she feels that why should I become a spare goat every time. There is no one who will take care of her baby as everyone is busy in their lives, including her hubby too!
No help will come to her ever, weather this way or the other way. I really feel pity for this vicious circle of our Indian society where it's only the women who is to be blamed for everything which went wrong, but never got solace or co-operation from anyone in her family.
Still, she maintains a warm smile on her face and never speak ill about her state with anyone around, because she still cares for her family. She doesn't want her kids to be affected by the daily fights and small matters to become public.

She doesn't have time for her best friends, office buddies or parties or to pursue her hobbies, she is busy making her husband's friends as his friends, his hubby's family her family.

Then at night the hubby wants his time when she comes early to bed to spend time with him, she again hears list of few things which were told to her are not completed.... Then hubby says "Ok, I'm sleeping"

Is there anyone who can come to help her? No!!! All she is judged is the way he is working, but no one comes to her help, Reason - If she gets help how will she learn to take up responsibilities. It is a thought from the old school that its only the lady who will have to manage home, but this only stands true until she isn't working. Now, when she is working in stressful, competitive world, how in-laws can actually expect that she will have to do all the cooking, washing and other chores and then please hubby and in-laws too!

The Indian Girl feels: I will be able to transform my in-laws gradually, she feels that they will understand her one day, and remain quiet and continue to do all the daily chores along with her stressful job without complaints.

After six months,

I want to ask everyone when an organization cannot work with one person, then how can we expect family to work with one person and that is "Woman" "Wife" "Daughter-in-law"....

Connecting dots, I visualize a possible end - for - final half story... #DOitRight

Till now Part 1:

Our final Half Story is about a passionate principal, who runs a humble 3-room school, nestled among the mountains on the Indo-Nepal border, in a place called Megma. Despite shaky benches, faded and cracked blackboards and weak infrastructure, the students still walk in with huge smiles on their face. The principal, who despite retiring last year, still continues to teach them free of cost, and says that he will do this for the rest of his life! Let’s keep his dream alive of giving every home education. Complete his Half Story by giving this 3-room school stationery sets and blackboards.

Part 2

The second half of the story: One of the blogger picks the story, approach the principle back in that village to know the actual situation. Also to understand what kind of help can he do (His part) and fortunately this blogger has the network of people who can help him develop a Fb page for promotion. Secondly, they develop the blog in the name of the school, putting in photographs of the school, the children and the nature and places to visit around. Gradually they start getting recognized online.

Blogger guides the principle to volunteer for the "Teach India" project, from where he can actually gain better knowledge about how to teach these kids for employ-ability. Through blogs and other online promotional activities they are able to generate some income.

"Megma village" is also publicized as a tourist spot where the tourist can halt and have the scenic relaxation while driving towards Tumling, Bordering Northern Bengal, Indo-Nepal border.

I visualize that people specially halt to visit the school which is promoted at large. To visit the school, they have to pay fees of Rs.10/-. Leading to another source of income.

Blogger helped this principle in developing network with some wealthy tycoons, who have a heart to donate for a cause.

Through the passing days/years this village becomes a trek ground for the trek lovers and can be spotted as an undiscovered destination. And a small tea break spot for tourist and gains its popularity over the coming years. The school principle was able to generate sufficient funds to keep his mission going.

In my vision, this story has a great start and fresh approach towards its cause. Its not an end its the new beginning. This "blogger" whom I have been mentioning here repeatedly could be anyone from us.

Why??? we have to tell others to do this and that, why can't "I" can teach myself to step ahead and approach this principle in his noble cause.... think about it.

My appreciation to Do Right initiative taken up by Tata capital and special mention to Indiblogger for taking us to the places where we cant reach but our blessings and help can. I wish my story helps in contributing my bit of help through completing the second half of the final story.

10 Deadly Questions, you hate being asked

I being a Girl that too Indian, doesn't always means that i'm liable for pleasing or answering every question being asked or thrown upon me.... I'm sure these 10 questions we all hate when they are asked or inquired about us:

1. When are you getting married, my child?
It's not you parents who are concerned, it's the relatives and the neighborhood, who is most interested in knowing out of all the people in the world. As if they are getting noble prize, once they know the answer to this precious question.

2. Was he your boyfriend?
Every Tom, Dick and Herry, with whom you were caught hanging around has its obvious implication that he is your boyfriend. And if you happen to be seen with different boys at various places, then you have those many boy friends. and hence forth, you the most rebellious kinda girl in eyes of the observers. No one can accept the fact, that he could be your cousin elder brother too. We as a society will not  give it a thought that this boy can be his friend ONLY.

3. What is your religion/ Cast?
With this answer we try to relate with the kind of actions one does. But is it really right kind of observation. Or is it required to be answered to become friends.

4. How old are you?
It is one obvious question, we all ladies hate to answer and we all know the reason I believe

5. If you are late: with whom, where you?
Oh, come on. a lady can also have official meeting in evening which can end up late than expected. A lady can also go to field job, where she is struck up in traffic jam.

6. What did you shop, without asking me?
A lady can' t donate for a noble cause, until or unless you take advice from your hubby or your father. Females are always considered as bad investors, as it is presumed that we can be-fooled easily, we don't have the right judgement power. Lack of understanding about human behavior.

7. Where did you drive this car?
A dent has happened in the car - it implies that it was lady driver who was a fault. However, the fact could be that a MAN driving was driving insanely. But I bet, you can't convince even one person, that it wasn't your fault.

8. Is this your baby?
A child you are with; implies that it's your baby. and suddenly all surprised looks will fall on you, as if you are the center of attraction, like chief guest

9. Do you bought this dress from so and so shop? I saw this there
When you have searched tons and finally bought a dress, which you were so sure that is the best and unique. and then in a party this question is asked to you, top of that when its in front of a group of elite colleagues. Crap, nothing worst could have been.

10. When are you coming back home?
When you are in middle of a meeting, or its your date that's going so perfectly, or you are having bang with your friends. then landing to this question, is something so annoying for you at times....

What's that smell, boss?

This is a story from the time when schools were in open. The classes were under the trees and the tent was the office for the principle. Yes the time when my father was young. So here revolves the story round Ajju, who was a small kid. He moved to school one day without taking bath and when the head master ask " what's that smell, boss?", he said I took bath I just forget to use "Ettr". That day he managed to escape the lie he told to the head master.

Few days later again the head master asked "whats that smell, boss?", He said, Sir I woke up at 4 am in the morning and took bath and then I helped my father in house chores". Head master let Ajju go but he wasn't satisfied with the answers. Head master moved to Ajju's bros's class and asked him, did your brother took bath today? The younger brother got afraid and he said, no sir, I was trying to wake him up since morning. And finally our father scolded him, in the rush to come to school he skipped the bath today.

Head master, was furious over Ajju and now he is confident of the "Reason" of the smell. He moved to the class room where Ajju was studying, took all Ajju's clothes and made him take bath in front of everyone under the school hand-pump.

Everyone standing was laughing at Ajju and poor Ajju, put his clothes on and moved to his brother's class thinking no one will humiliate him. As soon he entered, everyone said to him: "Ajju, why didn't you took bath everyday?". Head master was asking your brother about this only!!!

Poor Ajju!!!!

Head master did this to give message to every boy studying in that school, that to take bath daily and follow healthy personal hygiene habits.

So people take bath everyday, you will save yourself from whole lot of disrespect.

I have not finished yet!!!! ... Are you content with your life

Hi everyone, it's something like you have to move on. Yes we all have some dreams.

These dreams can be big or small while chasing these dreams we are just lost. Why we are lost, because somewhere down the line we want to prove something. What is that something, this "something" is what we have decided for ourselves. It is realistic... I don't know what is realistic... Is achieving what we have set for ourselves is realistic... are we really happy once we have achieved.

Is is true that we are happy once we have achieved all that we have thought as a goal for ourselves??? i don't think so... But yes, it is time to think what is it that will make us really happy. In the search of good job, we have left our friends. In struggle for great position, reputation and handsome earning, we have ignored our partners our families. May be a lovely hug, may be a million dollar smile. May be a thrilling holiday or just a relaxing weekend.

The fight is we are not able to decide that: weather a great holiday will bring us happiness or a bigger home with luxury in it. We keep on lingering on and on and on... to have a get together with friends we gonna miss it why coz we have a professional commitment to make, why choosing professional commitment, coz that can actually bring better status, promotion, money to me! And the fact is we want everything, we want "everything best" in life.

Ask the big shot is he really happy: he will say no i want to go out and want to have my privacy to enjoy life my way. Doing what I wish to and not scared of the what people will think of me as I'm so and so... and i'm not expected to do this and that. I should not be wearing such clothes... this that and everything. So Is this big guy really happy about it!!! he wish to be with friends but he cant coz he has to maintain that distance with everyone and which means he is actually alone in life. he has scarified everything to achieve that, but does he has a family? Does he has friends around him.

Noooooooo........ because he was busy with his professional growth when his family needed him the most, when his baby was asking a parental guidance and care, when a friend was looking for a helping hand.. a confident smile for support.
So when now he has everything with him why he cant feel happy. Why he wishes to have that smile from his loved once ?

Ask a working lady and mom is she happy managing everything and handling that pressure day in and out? She will say no, she wants be home, with her kids when they needed her the most. when the kids are feeling fearful because of exam, she wanted to lend a helping hand to them, rather than speaking over phone. Ask a homemaker, is she happy? Has she made maximum out of life, she will say no, she will say I have not achieved anything in life coz for her making a professional landmark was a benchmark.

So in search of everything best we actually loose everything best which we already had in our life. Yup, you read it right the best was with us already! which we didn't realized when we had that. We realize it's value when we lose them in search of "other best" which we think that should be ours.

Why is it tough to be content? Is it really a great deal to have the satisfied life?

13 Situations where courage is the Key!!!

Do you have it in you:

Who all have the courage!!! Wondering!!!! Yes, we all say that we have the capability to do this and that. A very obvious statement we point towards others but have we actually looked at us. Are we the real heroes? Sorry gals, this one article is inclined more towards guys.

Take a moment and think about it.

Ok, so lets me start writing about "Courage" this topic is not a knowledge sharing kind of platform, but I will be throwing a thought in the reader's mind, through this article, who think that they are the hero and have that courage to change the world.

Let me ask you once again, Do you have it in you???

1. Can you accept your mistake and apologize in front of Larger Picture.
2. Are you daring enough to stand and fight for your rights, your freedom, your perspective? Until the end, getting started is real easy, things get tougher once you are in the pit!
3. Can you fight for others? that person can be your friend, mate, lover, father, mother, daughter, son, wife, sister, colleague.
4.Think of a person who has failed in 300 ways of leading/surviving but still has the courage to think of 301's way to start it over again.
5. When someone was shown a pink slip and there is a family to feed. The person, find ways and means rather than cribbing or getting depressed.
6. A person who is humiliated in front of 1000 of people and have lost all friends, job, respect, and freedom still, has the courage to fight back.
7. Are you courageous enough to stand up to your words/ commitments?
8. Are you strong enough to hear every bad word about yourself from family/friends/Relatives/ Boss, when you have actually done nothing? Still rising next day with the same passion for life.
9. Do you have the capability to adapt according to the situation?
10. Fear within you, How successfully have you combat the "FEAR", within you.
11. How successful are you in dealing with your worst past. The past which came in when you are about to excel and suddenly, you feel that it is gonna diminish soon. Did you gather your courage together???
12. When your ex's offer you the job you have been looking for. What will you do??? Do you have the courage to refuse, or will you accept it or are you wise enough to find a win-win solution by maintaining professionalism and decorum.
13. Do you have the courage to forgive and forgo the person who has done the worst to you?

Wake up people, It's time for action. Bring about that change in you. For more such thought provoking articles read http://www.jigsawrelations.com/

"Stop cribbing and start exploring" you will succeed anyway....

Are you really sure you will help me???

Hi, I'm in pain please help me. When the words like pain, hurt came to your mind many people laugh at them and the first thing that comes to their mind is ... This person needs money... Or has come to ask for something for which we don’t have time, no time to listen even!

To a certain extent this stands true as well as people have made this sentence so professional, that they Know it so professionally well how to convey and make fool of anyone n everyone... Waaooo.... that's how the world is... How professional you are in describing your pain... More help you will get, strange but equally true. And the poor the one who has pain is standing and fighting within him/her to struggle for words to reach to help and the one who is masked for pain...

Let’s say if this person in need is your loved one who is suffering in pain.... And is so terribly hurt within the heart, despite the pain person is working. But did we noticed, did we try to talk about the reason or matter for being hurt?

No!!! The reason we are so busy in our lives these days that we are short of time. Yes short of time to spend with our loved ones. Until, the person come and market him/herself about the pain telling or may be shouting “Yes, I'm in pain” till then no one will listen.
Gone are those days’ when people used to know by the body language that something is wrong... Now when we come home we are on phones... When we are having our meals... We are either watching TV or laptops or again the mobile phone is keeping us occupied. Either we r trying to develop networking. As we hardly have time in our offices or we are discussing strategies to achieve next target... Or we are playing games or watching the news or trying to socialize on networking sites...

But do we really have time... Are we free this much to spend time with our family... No!!! I guess... So poor family member...

Now, is it possible that the person who is in pain you are the creator of that pain??? And still, you have no time to heal wounds of that person... Just by the words of love... All the person needs is a soft smile, a naughty joke, a caring hand over your head or just your hand to hold on to...

Do think about it. Take out half an hour or just 15 minutes from your busy schedule, when you keep all your gadgets and office targets aside, promise to laugh and no fights during that time period. You may also read more similar articles and common man's stores at http://www.jigsawrelations.com/

Cuddle up... U are a lovely person... An awesome loving family who has everything but just no time to spend.

Think about it.

A thought can make or break everything

Have you thought of it... that one thought can shake u for whole day or sometimes for a whole life...

Think of one negative thought and you will end up by having fight throughout the day. And then series of negative things happen...

Want to know the Reason? Answer lies in your actions only… yes,
your one drop of negativity has created those negative vibes around you. Many a times that is visible to people around you through :
1. Your rude or harsh statement.
2. Bad voice and negative comment.
3. Your bad/ irritable body posture.
Your mind is so much affected by these “Negative energy circles” that you cannot focus on the main task, at times leading to wrong decisions, or if you are aware of your negative thoughts then you may have to hold on to your major decision(s). Sometimes we ruin some good relations with this negative thought that we have to regret it for the rest of our life.

Now take a look at the other side of the coin

Result of one Positive thought:
Have a positive thought and your big problems are solved with awesome positivism and comes out with best results. You can actually lead your team with charm, charismatic nature and your flawless inner strength. Just awesome is the word others will have about you!!!

Excel, excel and excel everyday I do so but.....

The title seems like a poem right...but no no... I'm not reciting any poem out here.

What I'm constantly trying to reach is the "Limits to excel" and "Scope of excel".

Since, I am the one who is trying and struggling to find new ways to excel!!! Since I'm the one who is eager to excel... I find thousands of people who are giving me advise who are judging me, who advocate on my rights and wrongs.

I appreciate them but then; I stop and ask myself have they themselves have reached that level of excellence... unfortunately no. But however, they know the recipe to excel therefore they can guide, therefore they have the right to judge you, therefore they can give you thousands of advises (at times it’s just one piece of advice that too is not valid and there is a whole long essay behind it, acting as the background before compiling it to one sentence)and i.e. “It is to be done in this manner, dear”!!!

Here is the poor one who is struggling already to find correct method to perform certain task, unfortunately have to meet unskilled gurus... who claim them to be expert in the field of which they have only read just the manual, strange no!!!

People love to speak tons, they can leave there work and take you to coffee shop just to talk..... aaahhh...... what a relief for the communicator but the poor listener is tired.

It is similar to the scenario, where we find a whole lot of redundant and baseless information on Google; when we really want to search something and just a handful of useful one. And it is indeed an art to find that useful information so precisely within few searches. Same way it is really an art to find such a pure and selfless guru or mentor to follow on the path to excel.

Scope to excel here I can suggest one thing is take one task at a time and keep on excelling gradually as you built on they can start with second and later on playing with that level of expertise is a great fun... and yes, then people may ask you.... great ya!! How do you manage? How have you done it so wonderfully? And then you are the "Real Guru" and expert...... Cheers guys.

So ride on bike to your field of excellence and excel it.

Do share it if you loved reading it.

Are you tired of your tiredness...

We are tired... mostly.... but one thing to understand is are we tired physically.... the fact is 50-60% of times we are mentally tired.
Yes Mental tiredness.... we are tired because the mind is bound to do something which we are not willing to do. So the feeling is to leave it all.. Well if you are a teenager then I would have definitely advised you for this but if you are married or are parents then I have a different advice for you... what you can do is to analyze. Analyze what your mind don't want to do.. is it important responsibility for you to perform and you are not willing to do because you are the one who just wants to relax... or not in a mood to do. If these are your reasons for not performing then shake your mind and tell your mind that you need to do this now...This is called as bringing your free mind under control. We need to practice this several times in a day to keep on reminding yourself of the things that are important to do. Till the time it becomes your habit.
Mental tiredness is also caused when we are surrounded by negativity. Mostly it's the people who create negativity around. What if those people are your loved ones and you cant afford to leave them?? One option is keep your mind under control. How you can do this. Just keep yourself calm. You can sing a song is one . Second you can say that it's the frustration of the other person...about some matter which is venting out through negativity. Move to a different room or go for a walk. There are endless ways. Remember when kids don't want to listen to you, what they do.... Let the matter gets relaxed a bit then you can resume back, or can make the person understand.
All those who are working they all are tired due to  there busy schedules and lifestyles and commitments. Some tips for them:
1. Listen to a favorite song of yours, which you used to listen during your childhood times or your graduation times.
2. Search on Google images for the dream destination of yours.
3. Call up your friend and talk about all the rubbish things what all they may be.
4. Go to loo and shout aloud...
5. Tired of your mobile - switch it off for a day.
6. Bunk your office and watch a movie, or hang out with your friend or close one.
7. Go home and dance on your favorite song. If you are shy then - close the door, sing the song loud and dance freely.
8. Meditate - An ultimate way to de-stress your self. Its my own personal recommendation. Try it you will love it.
Remember Till the time you are calm and enjoying everything what you are doing till then... all tiredness will just be momentary.
Believe me guys thousand of things are in our hands, we need to have faith in ourselves. And say it to you : "You are capable enough to find solutions... just look within you"

Kids need your time and not money...plzz give them your love and time

Yesterday was Children's day and I happen to read a caption saying " Give your kids time and happiness rather than Money" How true it is in today's scenario.

The reason for my elaborating on this topic is that ; In today's materialistic and competitive world we are so tied up with our own lives that we say to our kids that if you score this much percentile then I will gift you this toy or this PS or such expensive and fancy gifts. Rather than spending times with our kids we are teaching them to find their happiness in materialistic things and not the family. The concept of family now means 1. Nanny, maid, tutors and then parents. We have made the division of responsibilities. But is this division is in right manner?? Are we teaching our kids to play with your toys/ Video games, cartoons so that they can remain far from us!!!

Yes, the root meaning of such gifts is this. Coz we don't have time for them actually not for them its our family ... isn't strange that now kids share more of there feelings with their friends. We say now kids get into relationships so early the generation has advanced.... but are we not responsible for such acts??? Are we providing them with such comfort, time and security so that they should feel happy and content within the family no.

If you all can recall then  there were times when the families were living together where all the cousins were the best friends. the no of cousins was so high that there was hardly any need to look for friends outside. Kids were so content within the families.

Now, due to the competition, our rising expectations, need to earn more..more and more.... have brought in the concepts of Nuclear families... where indeed we have divided our responsibilities with maids and nannies but we forget that they are working for money and can't give that emotional bonding. Those teachings where the family is bind with hearts where the feelings of happiness and sorrows are shared with each other. Where at least one meal is taken together. One family outing is must in a month / week. Such things have lost their charm.

Now kids hardly know who is their cousin, because they have not met them. The meaning to life has changed, to relationships has changed. The feeling of sharing among each other is now converted to why should I give you, this is mine.

Now happiness is with toys, it is measured with how expensive or how latest the toy is... more is the  happiness. Kids are happy watching TV and playing games on laptops.... Happiness is now no more associated with playing with family cards, luddo, hide and seek, gallery, vish-amrit... such games are rarely heard now. Having evening walks and night walks to ice-cream vendor with family have reduced in number. If at all we have to go we move in cars now. Strange no...We have evolved and are still evolving... we all have to decide weather in right direction or wrong direction.

comparisons

We generally are in a habit of comparing....

Everyone of us...
Aren't we...
I'm am here not writing this to say that comparisons are good or bad.
My only purpose is to ... Chill it & Take it easy baby!

As I take it, its good to compare but I feel the comparisons are done when A and B are in same conditions and then their performances are compared. I feel this is the best comparison ground, the best example is Competitions where two competitors are given same ground to perform and compete.
But in daily life we all compare, our bosses compare employees, people compare there partners, companies compare there competitors.
I'll take them here one by one:
Case 1: Bosses compare employees - Here the physical infra is same let's say in 90% of the cases. But the intangibles like the authority, sphere/scope of working, level of difficulty in a task, these are some of the things which are never same. and they can never be same. Now when the comparisons are done at the time of appraisals focus only on the result, not the gravity of hard work. here there is one more thing which needs to be focused upon is the skill set. A has the skills to perform same task, however, B, is learning that skill to complete the task. So the results if derived in how quickly the work is completed then yes A wins...but what we have ignored here is the handwork and dedication of B. Yes no doubt the work performed by B has taken a lot of time but by not encouraging, definitely we are demotivating the new learner. Here I'm not talking about the slow learner.
Case 2: People compare their partners - In daily life we tend to say that see, my friends wife/hubby can do this n that very quickly and look at you...
These are very frequent lines which are shared in an conversation within a couple, now again if, the one who said these lines can ponder a bit and try to analyze the situation and can ask softly, what happened.. the other person will definitely have an explanation to it... but yes, if its a normal habit of the other person to ignore, what is been told to do/not to do. Then yes, this line justifies.... but yes Acco. to me there are definitely ways and means to convey what you really want the person to do... After all being manager is not only good in office...at times its good to act like one at home too!
Case 3: Companies comparing their competitors - Yes, as the quarterly, weekly, monthly..etc... these comparisons are done. Here again, before we compare ours with others we need to understand the background... are we same financially, do we have similar efficient and effective management and employee power, is our vision is same as theirs??? Once We have answered these questions, then is the time when we can have the correct picture and can make a better action plan for future.
My only motive to explain these things with small examples is to... think and understand what we are saying and doing with our lives, just be caging ourselves around comparisons we are spoiling our own unique individuality.
I feel the best comparison is with "self". And it can only be done by "You" and not by anybody else.
In other words if I may say, then better to keep yourself comparing with self and stop thinking what others are saying/ thinking about you. The reason for this is You only know what is your priority at this moment... and on which strength/weakness you need to focus upon. And nobody else can do that.

So keep evolving...for better...

Journey; of the heart... from the heart!!!

It is just the feeling from within... which is asking me to write. many of the writers in whatever field they belong to, will definitely agree with me. It is not only about the writers community, it is about every individual who have this feeling to follow your own heart... Will also agree to this that it comes within.

The feeling that we want to follow our heart, comes to everyone of us, but ...yes this "BUT" "IF's"..... take its place and many circumstantially also ignore to what their heart is saying.

Well this blog should have come prior to my blog "Moving to a foreign land" http://change005.blogspot.in/. Again I started doing this because I wanted to do this, at that point it was tough for me to justify this writing with a valid reason. For many if the activity is not generating money; its waste... Also the people who feel that "Time is money", will also differ with me in this opinion, that I'm simply following my heart. I love to write, I feel sad if I have not written something.... feelings like this surrounds me many a times, but like most of us, I always ignored it. These feelings are asking us to break free and follow our own heart.

And here I will quote another famous proverb: "To find something, you will have to loose something". Yes, in this materialistic world where it's only the money that matters, you can't follow your heart, just like that... But yes i can say that we all always get a chance where we are free to follow our hearts. many IITians and IIMians have done this. Earlier in 90's I remember when I was young, when these premier Institutes pass outs follow their hearts, people have criticized them by saying, if this is what you indent to do then why not in beginning... or you wasted a seat of a premier institute or wasted your parents money...

Today, I really feel like saluting those guys, who have that courage to follow their hearts and have made a success story out of their journey.
